Tsubaki Poly Steel Chain uses stainless steel SUS304 for the pins and pin link plates, stainless steel SUS301 for clip and white engineering plastic for the inner links.

 

Tsubaki Poly Steel Chain is lube-free, low noise and lightweight (approximately 50% less than standard steel chain). Ambient temperature: -10°C to 80°C (14°F to 176°F). Tsubaki Poly Steel Chain support certain corrosive resistance for some industrial application.

 

RS Roller Chain sprockets can be used with Poly Steel Chain.

Offset links are not available so chains should be designed with an even number of links.
